The key to staying true to yourself and finding your people.
You're going to be adding up points for each of the four elements. I suggest you do this with your chart on hand (on your phone) and a scratch sheet of paper. On your sheet of paper, make 4 columns and label them "Fire, Water, Air, Earth." Go section by section, completing each of the 5 questions in each one. Then, at the end, add up your points for each element. (I'll include an example at the end, using Ariana Grande's chart.)
For reference, the personal planets are: Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, and Mars.
Fire houses: 1, 5, 9
Water houses: 4, 8, 12
Air houses: 3, 7, 11
Earth houses: 2, 6, 10
FIRE
Do you have a personal planet, Midheaven, or Ascendant in a Fire sign? (2 points each)
Do you have Chiron or North/South Node in a Fire sign or house? (1/2 point each)
Do you have Mars or Sun in a Fire house? (2 points each)
Do you have Venus or Moon in one of the fire houses? (1 point each)
Do you have Mars or Sun in the 1st or 10th house? (2 points each)
WATER
Do you have a personal planet, Midheaven, or Ascendant in a Water sign? (2 points each)
Do you have Chiron or North/South Node in a Water sign or house? (1/2 point each)
Do you have Venus or Moon in a Water house? (2 points each)
Do you have Sun or Mars in one of the Water houses? (1 point each)
Do you have Moon or Neptune in the 1st or 10th house? (2 points each)
AIR

Do you have Saturn in the 1st or 10th house? (2 points each)
This isn't the easiest process, but it is Virgo season. Struggle a little bit. Tinker with it. It's not a perfect system, and there are things I might've missed. But this is a great start. It for sure clarifies for me why I'm so "watery" despite being a hot mess Sagittarius.
For reference, I always use Whole Sign houses. Let me know what you think of your results!
